Biography:
B.F.A., The Cooper Union; M.F.A., Stanford University. Works in video, digital, performance, web, and installation art. Recent solo exhibitions at University of Wisconsin–Madison (2010); And/Or Gallery, Dallas (2008); Postmasters, New York City (2007). Commissioned solo projects for Fusebox Festival, Austin (2012), and Low Lives 3 – Networked Performance Festival, Utah Museum of Fine Arts, Salt Lake City (2011). Recent group shows and screenings at Nam June Paik Art Center in Gyeonggi-do, South Korea (2011); FACT, Liverpool, UK (2011); New Museum, New York City (2010); P.S. 1/MoMA, New York City (2010). Has performed solo at the Museum of Modern Art, San Jose Museum of Art, Pacific Film Archive, Artists Space, others. Recipient, Rhizome Commission (2008-09); Edith Russ Site for Media Art Stipend (2008); Urban Visionaries Award for Emerging Talent, Cooper Union (2003); Jerome Foundation Grant for New Media (2002); Saint-Gervais Geneva Prize, 9th International Biennial of the Moving Image (2001).
