Biography:
Studied at University of Udayana, Bali, and Art Students League of New York; also studied with Ida Bagus Rai, master artist, Bali. Artist, musician, dancer. Has performed at American Museum of Natural History, Asia Society of New York, La MaMa Experimental Theater, Symphony Space; has exhibited at Rockland Center for the Arts, Asia Society, and Bloomingdale’s, New York and Connecticut. Work included in permanent collection, Government of Indonesia. Recipient, Pollock-Krasner Foundation Award (1997). Director/curator, Pomona Cultural Center (1999– ). (2009– ) Visiting Instructor in Music.
