Biography:
B.F.A., The Juilliard School; M.F.A., University of Washington; Ph.D candidate, New York University. Former member, Ballet Michigan; has performed in New York City with modern dance choreographers Gina Gibney Dance, Mark Jarecke and Dancers, and Fionna Marcotty-Dolenga. Faculty, Expository Writing Program, NYU; has published articles and reviews in Movement Research Journal, The Drama Review, Mercer Street. Created and produced (with Elizabeth DeMent) Debbie's Debbie, an evening-length dance-theater work staged at Dance Theater Workshop's David R. White Studio (2005) and SQUID performance space in lower Manhattan (2006). (2009– ) Visiting Lecturer in Dance.
