Biography:
B.A., Vassar College; M.A., Ph.D. candidate, New York University. Research interests include German Philosophy from Kant to the present (specifically Nietzsche, Heidegger, and Freud), 20th-century Continental Philosophy, Political Philosophy, Feminist Philosophy, Psychoanalysis, Aesthetics, and the relationship between Literature and Philosophy. Has taught at New York University and at debate institutes and workshops throughout the US and Europe.
Director of Debate, Bard College (2004-2008). At Bard since 2011.

Research Interests: Nietzsche, Heidegger, Freud; political philosophy; psychoanalysis; critical theory
