B.F.A., M.F.A., Hong-Ik University; M.F.A., SUNY Purchase. A visual artist who works with moving images, print, drawing, and installation, she is represented in the collections of the Metropolitan Museum of Art, Library of Congress, and San Antonio’s McNay Art Museum. The recipient of awards from the Pollock-Krasner Foundation, Korea Arts Foundation of America, and AHL Foundation, she has held residencies at Yaddo, the MacDowell Colony, Omi International Arts Center, and Jamaica Center for Arts and Learning in Queens, New York, among others. She has been invited to group shows at the Drawing Center, Museum of Modern Art, Queens Museum, Metropolitan Museum, and Lower East Side Print Shop, New York; Mass MoCA; Kunsthalle Bremen, Germany; and Seoul Arts Center, Korea. Recent solo shows at Mary Ryan Gallery, New York, and Brain Factory Gallery, Seoul. At Bard: 2013–2014.
