Biography:

A.B., Smith College; Ph.D., Indiana University. Assistant professor of English, University of Pennsylvania (1972–77). Member, Modern Language Association. Numerous articles and reviews on Shakespeare, poetry, and aesthetics in edited books and journals including Renaissance Drama, English Literary Renaissance, Huntington Library Quarterly. At Bard since 1977.
