Susan Aberth is an associate professor of art history, specializing in Latin American surrealism, and has been on the faculty at Bard since 2000. She is a recipient of the professional development fellowship from the College Art Association and the National Endowment for the Humanities, and the author of Leonora Carrington: Surrealism, Alchemy, and Art (2004).
Each fall, members of the Bard admission staff travel around the world to meet with high school students and college counselors to discuss our unique programs in the liberal arts and sciences. While our travel schedules are usually quite busy, we will do our best to accommodate your request to meet. Please keep in mind that interviews are not required and are only granted after an application has been submitted.
Fall travel schedules are posted in the late summer and early fall. Please check back then to see when a Bard representative will be in your area.
