My parents have not yet received all their tax information, and don't feel like they will be able to do their taxes before the Febuary 15th deadline. It's our impression that we need our 2007 taxes to apply for Financial Aid. What sort of consequences will there be for not completing the Financial Aid forms on time?

Your parents will have to estimate. Most people can take the previous year's information and make adjustments based on changes for 2007 and come up with a ball park figure. If we get this information too late (there is some leeway), then all of our financial aid dollars may be already given out.
