Career Connections

Career Connections is the arm of the Alumni/ae Association that aims to assist current students in defining and pursuing their career plans with the help and guidance of our alumni/ae volunteers.

The Career Connections Committee is lead by two members of the Board of Governors

The Alumni/ae Office works individually with current students who request to be put in touch with alumni/ae working in their field of interest. If you have opportunities for employment or internships in your business or feel that you could offer advice and guidance to future Bard Alum please contact Jane Brien ( brien@bard.edu). The Alumni/ae Office and the Career Development Office (CDO) work in conjunction with College Central to maintain a database of resumes and job postings both for alumni/ae and graduating students. You can sign up to post a job, read resumes or look for employment through College Central.

Please note: In January 2009 the Office of Alumni/ae Affairs will be rolling out a new online social networking community which will enable alumni/ae to easily keep in touch with each other, update their information, share job opportunities and mentor undergraduates.
