GIVING TO BHSEC

The Bard High School Early College model requires sustained private resources on top of what is received from its public partners, the New York City Department of Education and Newark Public Schools. Together, Bard College, the Friends of BHSEC and the BHSEC PTAs work to raise funds to sustain the BHSEC model, now and into the future.

There are two ways to give to BHSEC:

• You can make a donation to the PTA
• or to the Friends of BHSEC.

All funds donated to either the Friends of BHSEC or the PTA are used solely to support BHSEC Manhattan, BHSEC Queens, or BHSEC Newark. You may designate how and where you would like your donation to be used.

Donate to the BHSEC Manhattan and BHSEC Queens PTAs

Each BHSEC has an independent PTA.

Making a charitable contribution to the Friends of BHSEC is easy.

• Making a Gift by Check
  Checks and other correspondence should be sent to:

• Matching Gifts: How You Can Double (or Even Triple) Your Gift to BHESC
  You may be able to double or even triple your gift to BHSEC through your or your spouse's employer's matching gift program. Companies that participate in these programs will provide their employees with matching gift forms to fill out and send to BHSEC along with their contribution or pledge form.
• The Tax Benefits of Making a Charitable Contribution to BHSEC 

  Contributions to the Friends of BHSEC are tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law. Please check with your financial advisor for specific information regarding the deductibility of your gift.
