be reserved through the Office of Student Activities. For information

Rooms in Other Buildings
Rooms in the following buildings may be reserved through the Office
of Student Activities: Kline Committee Rooms and the Old Gym.
Rooms in Bertelsmann Campus Center
The Campus Center is equipped to handle any event, from film presentations
to live music events. Equipment available in specific rooms is detailed
below. Other equipment available at the Bertelsmann Center includes an
overhead projector, a television, a VCR, and a flip chart. The Campus
Center has only one of each of these items, so please reserve in advance.
Contact the Office of Student Activities to reserve equipment and arrange
for specific needs.
The following rooms are available for reservations on a first-come, first-served
basis.
Weis Cinema
The cinema, which seats 100, is equipped for 16 mm films, slide presentations,
overhead projection, VCR- and DVD-format films, and audio CDs and tapes.
Student technical staff are hired as needed by the Office of Student Activities
to run this equipment. In order to hold weekly theater reservations throughout
a semester, students may be required to undergo training on specific equipment.
Multipurpose Room
The multipurpose room is equipped to handle any sound-related need,
from small lectures to full-scale live music events. Student technical
staff is available to run this equipment. Contact the Office of Student
Activities for more details.

Down the Road Café
The café has a built-in sound system that can play CDs and
audio tapes and accommodate small-scale live music events and oral presentations.
The café is primarily available for evening reservations.
Meeting Rooms
Meeting rooms are available for regular meetings of student clubs
and organizations and for other group activities as needed.
Art Gallery Space
The Bertelsmann Campus Center has art gallery space available to members
of the Bard community. Students, faculty, staff, and alumni/ae are encouraged
to display their work. Please note that at the end of each semester gallery
space is reserved exclusively for Senior Project shows.
