David Rose Science Laboratories
David Rose Science Laboratories, Albee Hall, and Hegeman Science Hall contain the laboratories and class¬rooms of the Division of Sciences, Mathematics, and Computing. Divisional laboratories feature nuclear detection devices, electronics and optics equip¬ment, UV/Vis and FT-IR spectrometers, a 300-MHz multinuclear FT-NMR, a gas chromatograph–mass spectrometer, electrophoresis equipment, and a refrigerated centrifuge. Divisional computing facilities include micro¬computers for data acquisition and analysis and a network of RISC stations for advanced computing.
The David Rose Science Laboratories, was made possible by a gift from the family of David Rose. In the wing are the Ludwig Neugarten Biology Center, the Jerome I. Feldman Physics Center, a floor devoted to chemistry, and teaching and student research laboratories.
