Sands House 
Sands is a converted farmhouse that houses 24 Upper College students. Sands House is themed Wellness, which means students abide by standards outlined by the entire house including: substance free and 24 hour quiet. Some areas are fully carpeted, while others have the original pine plank floors. It is particularly homey, comfortable, and quiet.
