Warden's hall comprises three buildings: Fairbairn, Hopson, and Seymour. Fairbairn and Hopson contain faculty offices and residences; Seymour houses the Bard Music Festival offices.
Warden's Hall was the first post-World War I dormitory. Built in 1923, the entrances bore the names "Seymour," the first warden; "Fairbairn," the "Great Warden"; and "Hopson," who was Fairbairn's deputy and served several times as an interim warden.
