HARD DRIVE: A PROJECT BY KATYA SANDER

Katya Sander

The images you are seeing are automatically suggested for you personally from the vast archive of images existing on the World Wide Web. The suggestions are based on image-types visually identified on the hard drive of the computer you are using to read the journal. These image-types are then combined with keywords identified in the article you are reading. The images you see are therefore identified as being of particular interest to you, in relation to the images currently stored on your hard drive, and the text you are reading. (Only GIFs, JPGs and PNGs can be visually identified and analyzed.)

The Red Hook Journal guarantees that all information obtained on the images on your computer will be immediately deleted and rendered impossible to use by third parties once you exit the site.
