The Bard CEP faculty consists of a distinguished core of full-time and affiliated members who are researchers in diverse fields relating to environmental policy. The faculty are passionate teachers whose primary placement is in the graduate program and who are committed to the program’s vision of leadership and environmental education. The high ratio of faculty to students allows for close rapport and individualized guidance.

Bard CEP's administration is made up of full-time staff members who work on admission and recruiting, student affairs, alumni support, and special events. Our staff also includes C2C Fellows staff that collaborates on certain projects and events.
The interdisciplinary course structure allows faculty to invite guest lecturers to supplement the curriculum and provide context to their classes. Guest lecturers bring outside perspective and expertise as distinguished environmental practitioners and researchers.
Our students come from diverse academic disciplines and bring to Bard their passion for environmental leadership. All students share a common purpose: to work toward finding viable and sustainable solutions to tomorrow's environmental challenges.
