Nathan Richardson Nathan Richardson is a Visiting Scholar at RFF whose research interests include international and regulatory law, particularly environmental law and regulation of risk. He research at RFF will encompass a range of climate-change issues, including U.S., European, and other international climate agreements. He also will focus on environmental liability and regulatory institutions and practices.
