Organization Overview

The Baltimore City Department of Transportation (DOT), a multi-modal transportation agency, with primary responsibility for the City roadways and bridges as well as the Red Line.
The Baltimore DOT provides the City of Baltimore with a comprehensive and modern transportation system that integrates all modes of travel and provides mobility and accessibility in a convenient, safe and cost-effective manner.


We are currently seeking a savvy and experienced individual to conduct environmental impact analysis. To learn more about the Baltimore DOT:


  • A bachelor’s degree in architecture or engineering from an accredited college or university
  • Four years of experience in performing impact analysis
  • A master’s degree in urban planning or a related field may be substituted for one year of the experience requirement or
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience.
