Directions to Bard Conservatory
From the Taconic State Parkway take the Red Hook/Route 199 exit, drive west on Route 199 through the village of Red Hook to Route 9G, turn right onto Route 9G, drive north 1.6 miles, turn left at the traffic light then bear right to continue on Annandale Road through the center of campus. Take the first left onto Blithewood Avenue, then a left onto Bay Road. The entrance to the parking lot will be the first right. If this parking lot is full, please park in the lot on Blithewood Road right before the turn onto Bat Road. 

From the New York State Thruway (I-87) take exit 19 (Kingston), take route 209/199 over the Kingston-Rhinecliff Bridge to Route 9G, turn left onto Route 9G, drive north 3.5 miles, turn left at the traffic light then bear right to continue on Annandale Road through the center of campus. Take the first left onto Blithewood Avenue, then a left onto Bay Road. The entrance to the parking lot will be the first right. If this parking lot is full, please park in the lot on Blithewood Road right before the turn onto Bat Road.

The Place of Music

This new volume of work celebrates a milestone - a decade has passed since the founding of the Bard Conservatory in 2005, and marks the importance of Bard as the only conservatory requiring completion of a B.A. degree in a field other than music simultaneous with the awarding of the Bachelor of Music degree.
