Final Round

Graduate Choral Conducting Program: Interview (Live or Skype)
Invited students will have an interview with Conductor and Program Director James Bagwell. The final round will be scheduled by the admissions office.
 
Graduate Orchestral Conducting: Live Audition at Bard Conservatory, Spring 
Invited students will have the opportunity to audition live with the Orchestral Conducting Ensemble for invited faculty including Conductor and Program Director Harold Farberman.  (If you are invited for, but not able to attend the live audition, you may submit a video audition and the admissions office will schedule a Skype interview. You may use your prescreening video for the final round.) The Final Round will be scheduled by the admissions office.

Beethoven-Symphony No. 5 In C Minor Op. 67: I. Allegro con brio (Beginning to measure 124)
Schubert-Symphony No. 8 in B Minor, D.759 (Complete)
Copland-Appalachian Spring, Ballet in one act for 13 instruments (Beginning to rehearsal Nr. 14 & Rehearsal Nr. 26 to rehearsal Nr. 51)

Please note: During the audition the judges may ask the applicant questions about his/her performance.
