Bard Conservatory Composition Faculty member Joan Tower birthday celebration concert at Symphony Space.
Conservatory composition faculty member Joan Tower was honored with a special birthday celebration concert at New York's Symphony Space on Sept. 6, 2012. Works drawn from thoughout her fifty year career were performed by such artists as flutist Carol Wincenc, the Escher Quartet, pianist and Bard faculty member Blair McMillen, and the Da Capo Chamber Players, among others.
