New for Spring 2014 - Junior String Ensemble!

Junior String Ensemble - An introduction to ensemble playing for students 6-9 years old with at least 1 year of experience on their instrument (younger students or students with less experience will be considered upon consultation with the director).  Students will work on reading music and ensemble skills while learning fun level-appropriate music and making friends!

Senior String Ensemble - For students ages 9-14 with at least 2 years experience on their instrument or by consultation with the director.  In this group students with some experience playing with a group will work on their musical and ensemble skills while preparing fun and challenging repertoire for performance.

Open to Violin, Viola, Cello, Bass

Both Groups meet Saturday Afternoons at the Bard College Blum/Avery building.

Junior String Ensemble 1:30-2:30PM
Senior String Ensemble 1:00-2:00PM

Spring Semester 2014:
January 25 to May 10
no classes Feb 15, April 12 and 19
snow date: May 17

$145 for 13 weeks

($80 for currently enrolled Prep students)
