Eighty students from Red Hook, Rhinebeck, Kingston, and the three Bard High School Early Colleges competed on Friday, March 1, in a World-Schools-Style debate tournament at Bard. In its recently released report, Putting Students First, Governor Cuomo’s Education Reform Commission recommends the expansion and funding of early college programs in New York State.
