Guided MeditationWe come together and chose our food in Kline after we listened and connected to our body. We pay attention to when our ideas want to override our needs. In the beginning we eat in silence, entirely concentrating on our senses. We then exchange our experiences.
Everybody is invited. Those who struggle with finding a healthy balance. Those who wish to appreciate that we are being nourished by those around us. Those who want to create an inner and outer space of awareness, interconnection and gratitude.
