We look forward to the Fourth Annual Get Engaged: Student Action and Youth Leadership Conference coming March 19-25, 2017. The conference brings together 41 students from across Bard College’s international network of partner institutions, including Al-Quds Bard College of Arts and Sciences (Palestine), the American University of Central Asia (Kyrgyzstan), Bard College Berlin (Germany), European Humanities University (Lithuania), the Faculty of Liberal Arts and Sciences (“Smolny College”) of St. Petersburg State University (Russia), Bard College at Simon’s Rock (USA) and Bard College in Annandale, New York.

Al-Quds Bard College for Arts and Sciences
Abu Dis, Jerusalem
The partnership between Bard College (New York) and Al-Quds University (Jerusalem and Palestinian Territories) represents the first dual-degree programs between U.S. and Palestinian institutions of higher education. The Al-Quds Bard College for Arts and Sciences (AQB) offers undergraduate B.A. programs in the liberal arts and sciences and a Masters of Arts in Teaching (MAT) program. All students receive US and Palestinian accredited degrees.
American University of Central Asia
American University of Central Asia is an international, multi-disciplinary learning community in the American liberal arts tradition. Its curriculum includes the Preparatory Program (New Generation Academy), twelve undergraduate majors and three graduate programs. In addition to its top-flight academic programs, AUCA is committed to freedom of expression, critical inquiry and academic honesty. AUCA is the first university in Central Asia to offer US accredited degrees in liberal arts through a partnership with Bard College.

Bard College Berlin
True to the principles of liberal arts education, Bard College Berlin offers interdisciplinary programs in the humanities and social sciences, with a strong focus on individual growth and the development of essential skills in writing and thinking. Students engage in an integrated inquiry into the intellectual and cultural history of the contemporary world before choosing to specialize in an area of the humanities or social sciences (economics, politics, art or literature).
Bard College at Simon's Rock

The Early College is a small, selective, supportive, intensive college of the liberal arts and sciences in the middle of the Berkshires. Over 90% of the 400 students begin attending the college after 10th or 11th grade in high school. They are given a broad-minded, paradigm-shifting education; inspired and inspiring classes; first-class facilities for the sciences, the arts, and athletics; and an astonishing range of opportunities for conducting specialized research and gaining hands-on experience. Located in St. Petersburg, Russia, the new Faculty of Liberal Arts and Sciences of St. Petersburg State University (Smolny College) is the leading liberal education program in Russia. Founded in 1997, Smolny has a multidisciplinary curriculum and a diverse, highly trained faculty that serve a student body of approximately 450. Most classes are small seminars, affording students individualized instruction and the opportunity to work closely with professors.
