1. Complete the registration form. We will confirm receipt of your registration.

2. Please send a non-refundable deposit of $60.00 for weekend or weeklong workshops. Deposits are due within 10 days of your on-line registration. Your registration will not be held without the deposit. Deposit is to be deducted from the entire fee. (Make checks payable to Bard College)  Payment in full ($135.00) is required for March 2010 workshop; payment in full ($140.00) required for April 2010 conference--due within 10 days of registration. We accept checks and school purchase orders.

3. The balance of the fee is due at on-site registration (for weekend or weeklong workshops).

Workshop Fees

The complete weekend workshop fee is $600. This fee includes tuition, meals (excluding Saturday dinner), and materials. It does not include housing. Upon registration, participants receive a list of local area accommodations. The Holiday Inn in Kingston, New York (845-338-0400), offers rooms at a discount for those reserving rooms at least two weeks in advance.

The November one-day workshop fee is $130, payable in full upon registration.

The March workshop fee is $135.00, payable in full upon registration.

The April conference fee is $140.00, payable in full upon registration.

The weeklong July workshop fee is $950. The fee includes tuition and a single‑occupancy dorm room on the Bard campus, meals (beginning with Sunday dinner and ending with Saturday breakfast), and materials. The commuter fee is $750.

Discounts & Cancellation

Discounted fees for prospective teachers: Scholarships are available for those studying to become teachers (i.e., registered in an accredited undergraduate or graduate program in education or Bard’s Master of Arts in Teaching Program), as well as for undergraduates considering teaching as a career. Call or write Teresa Vilardi for details.

Cancellation Policy: For cancellations made up to a week before the workshop, we will refund the full workshop fee, minus the deposit; we cannot refund fees for workshops cancelled less than a week before the event.
