Health Services Information
Immunization Requirement
New York State law requires that all students born after January 1, 1957, provide proof of immunization against measles, mumps, and rubella. This immunization requirement applies to all Bard College students, regardless of campus location.
In compliance with California State law, applicants to the Delano location must also submit Tuberculosis clearance information.
Health Packet
All students are required to complete a health packet prior to arrival at Bard, which includes documentation of a recent physical examination and complete immunization records. Additionally, students are provided information from Bard about meningococcal meningitis and must either document having received the vaccine or sign a waiver declining it.
