International Students

The Bard MBA program places a high value on having a diverse student body. While the Bard MBA enrollment does not currently qualify an individual for “Academic student” (F) status - because it is a low residency program - the U.S. government allows many foreign nationals to enroll in academic programs such as those offered by Bard MBA if admitted to the U.S. for purposes other than solely for education. Lawful permanent residents, temporary residents, asylees, refugees and certain nonimmigrants (such as those in E-1, E-2, E-3, H, J-2, L, TD or TN status) are encouraged to apply.  B-1 visitors for business and B-2 visitors for pleasure (and their Visa Waiver Program counterparts, WB and WT) are prohibited from "enrolling in a course of study". Bard MBA does not make any representation as to admissibility to the U.S. or eligibility to attend our program for nonimmigrants.
