Our People

The Bard MBA faculty reflects the broad diversity and extraordinary talent of sustainability-focused leaders in the New York City region and beyond. In addition to the permanent faculty at Bard, the weekend intensive structure of the program supports a remarkable set of cutting-edge practitioners as program faculty. Some of our faculty teach full time; some share their expertise for set modules. Guest lectures and case presentations are a prominent feature of the program. Experienced business leaders also support the program on the MBA Advisory Board.

Lisa Sieverts

Lisa Sieverts M.B.A., University of California at Los Angeles; B.S. (Earth Science), University of California at Santa Cruz. Lisa is an Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-­ACP), a Project Management Professional (PMP), and a former board member of the Greater Monadnock Region Chapter of the Project Management Institute. Lisa is an experienced meeting facilitator and workshop leader. She has been a featured speaker for many groups, including Project World Boston, PMI Keene NH, PMI-SNEC, the Hannah Grimes Center for Entrepreneurship, the Peterborough and Keene NH Chambers of Commerce, and the American Society for Quality-NH Chapter. She started Facilitated Change in 2003 after twelve years at Hewlett­‐Packard. In 2013, Lisa was named “Entrepreneur of the Year” by the Hannah Grimes Center for Entrepreneurship. In addition to teaching for the Bard College MBA, she has taught for Marlboro College Graduate School from 2004-2012.
