Our People

The Bard MBA faculty reflects the broad diversity and extraordinary talent of sustainability-focused leaders in the New York City region and beyond. In addition to the permanent faculty at Bard, the weekend intensive structure of the program supports a remarkable set of cutting-edge practitioners as program faculty. Some of our faculty teach full time; some share their expertise for set modules. Guest lectures and case presentations are a prominent feature of the program. Experienced business leaders also support the program on the MBA Advisory Board.

Roy Rotheim

Roy Rotheim Ph.D. (Economics), Rutgers University; B.A., Ohio University. Roy Rotheim is the author of New Keynesian Economics/Post Keynesian Alternatives and over two dozen articles. Rotheim is a professor and holds the Quadracci Chair in Social Responsibility at Skidmore College. His main areas of research lie in post-Keynesian economic theory, economic methodology, and the history of economic thought. He has also been a visiting scholar in the faculty of economics and politics of Cambridge University, and visiting professor at the University of Rome 'La Sapienza.'
