Requesting a Transcript
Current MFA students and alumni may request transcripts of their student records from the Registrar's Office. Requests must be written and include a signature; faxed requests are acceptable, but e-mailed requests are not. In person, the transcript request may be filled out in the Registrar's Office, Ludlow 201.
The cost is $3.00 per transcript copy, payable by check or money order to Bard College. Transcript requests are usually processed within 2 days, but can take up to 7 days.
Please note: transcripts will not be issued to anyone who has not met their financial obligations to the College. No transcripts will be released except upon the written authorization of the student.
To request a transcript, mail or fax the following information to the Registrar's Office:
- Full name (please note if it has changed since you were a student)
- Student ID number (if you have it)
- Dates of attendance or year of graduation
- Number of transcripts required
- Telephone number and/or e-mail address
- Address(es) to which the transcripts are to be mailed
- Signature
- Fee per copy payable by check or money order to Bard College
