Christopher Rey Pérez is a poet working from within a matrix of opaque folklore, violence, and language. His first full-length book, gauguin’s notebook, was published by &NOW Books, and his writing has been featured in magazines and exhibitions such as diSONARE (Mexico), The Brooklyn Rail (U.S.), Terra Mediterranea: In Action (Cyprus), and You really know where you are.
