Hello, The following event may be of interest to you: Community Action Awards Application Deadline Friday, April 5, 2013 The Bard Center for Civic Engagement (CCE) Community Action Awards support student efforts to engage with communities locally, nationally, and internationally by providing funding for participation in internships that address issues impacting people around the world.Awards provide funding (maximum award is $3,000) in two categories. Internships that support pre-professional experiences, Community action projects that address issues related to the broad field of civic engagement, including education, government, justice, human rights, media, public policy, and social entrepreneurship.
