Hello, The following event may be of interest to you: Bard Summer Intensive in Education Tuesday, March 18, 2014 Interested in teaching? Looking for ways to spend your summer?Always wanted to know more about American public education?The Bard New Orleans Exchange will be continuing their work this summer at the Andrew H. Wilson School in New Orleans from June 5th - July 11th. For five weeks we will be serving as camp counselors and teaching assistants at Wilson's Early Explorers camp which seeks to engage children in literacy and math through arts-integrated activities and exploration. Accomodations will be at homestays with neighborhood families and a meal stipend will be distributed for each participant. For more information, please stop by our table in the Campus Center this week as applications are due April 1st! Interested applicants should note that they are eligible to apply for CCE's Community Action Award to offset the cost of transportation and other expenses.
