Hudson Valley Food Policy Initiative

The Bard Center for Environmental Policy seeks your input into the value and role of a potential “Hudson Valley Food Policy Initiative” based at Bard CEP. The Initiative would mobilize the research efforts of our graduate and undergraduate students, supported by faculty, to address the policy needs of organizations building an ethical and sustainable food system in the Hudson Valley. To that end, we are pleased to invite you to attend an afternoon workshop at Bard, on March 12th from 1 PM until 9 PM. The primary purpose will be to brainstorm the shape of a potential Food Policy Institute at Bard, and will include keynotes by Molly Anderson of the College of the Atlantic, and Michael Rozyne of Red Tomato.
