Rebecca Hamilton is an owner and the Vice President of Research and Development/Quality Assurance at the W.S. Badger Company, where she oversees technical research, new product innovation and development, companywide quality assurance and regulatory affairs as well as Badger’s product related sustainability initiatives. Rebecca has over a decade of experience in the natural products industry and has served as an industry expert and public presenter at over 30 conferences and events. Her background in ethnobotany and supply chain management coupled with her passions for organic living, safe products, and ethical commerce have led her to wider industry involvement and public service outreach. She is currently involved in safe cosmetics legislation and toxic chemical reform, has served as the chair of the Natural Products Association Natural Personal Care Steering Committee, and is an active committee member on both the Personal Care Products Council’s Sunscreen Taskforce and on the American Sustainable Business Council’s Safer Chemicals Coalition.
