Bard College is committed to providing a safe, healthy, and respectful living, learning, and working environment for all members of its' community. Gender-based misconduct, which includes sexual or gender-based discrimination, harrassment, exploitation, and assault, is incompatible with the values and standards of our campus community. Reports of behavior that involves gender-based misconduct against any member of the campus community, including visitors, will be investigated and addressed in a timely manner in order to ensure the safety and well being of both the individuals involved and the larger Bard community.
