Bard Urban Studies in New Orleans Program

leaf iconLiving in New Orleans

Students will be accommodated in single rooms on the campus of Xavier University in the heart of New Orleans. The campus is a streetcar ride away from the French Quarter, Downtown, and Uptown shopping, galleries, and music. All meals will be provided by Xavier University, and students will have full access to all university facilities (24-hour security, health services, library, gym, and more).

Be aware that major city challenges — transportation, infrastructure — will both inform and impact your experience.
