Environmental Analyst I, Bureau of Energy and Technology Policy, Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection

Jessica LeClair ‘12 now works for Connecticut’s Department of Energy and Environmental Protection with the Bureau of Energy and Technology Policy. Jess will be working on the state’s climate change mitigation goals and processes. She is excited to put her M.S. degree to use by examining the mitigation side of climate change eorts. Jess is among the rst group of students to graduate from Bard CEP with an M.S. in Climate Science and Policy.

I feel that my time at Bard CEP provided invaluable experience learning to interpret and translate scientific fact to create and implement policy decisions that will directly impact my state and my fellow citizens. I am constantly reminded of this valuable nexus between science and policy and feel that Bard CEP puts graduates out in front of the curve."
