Marne Coit

Bard Center for Environmental Policy
Marne Coit specializes in food and agricultural law, with a focus on sustainable agriculture and local food systems. She holds a J.D. and Masters in Environmental Law from Vermont Law School and an LL.M. in Agricultural and Food Law from the University of Arkansas School of Law, and has been admitted to the Vermont and Arkansas Bars. She is an adjunct professor at Marylhurst University, where she teaches Food Law & Policy, and is the former Education & Policy Director for the Northeast Organic Farming Association of NY (NOFA-NY)
