BardWorks is a collaborative effort on behalf of the Career Development Office (CDO), Office of Alumni/ae Affairs, Dean of Students, and Center for Civic Engagement (CCE) to support Bard students on their journey and career exploration. The goal of BardWorks is to support the development of our students by linking their liberal arts education to the workplace.
The BardWorks 2021 program will explore the entrepreneurial spirit of Bardians as well as the challenges of starting your career during a pandemic. BardWorks hopes to help students on their paths to become leaders in their communities who will succeed professionally and make a difference in the lives of others.
The BardWorks program is open to all majors and classes. Panelists will share their own experiences and help students think creatively about their career paths and the process of planning for the next steps after college during these unusual times. Additionally, specific challenges faced by BIPOC and first-generation students will also be discussed.
