It is a truth universally acknowledged that the novels of Jane Austen continue to entertain and delight us, on page and on screen. Please join us to hear a lively conversation about her life, works, and lasting appeal. Speakers (devoted Austen fans all) are Deirdre d’Albertis, dean of the college and professor of English; Marisa Libbon, associate professor of literature; Joseph Luzzi, Asher B. Edelman Professor of Literature; and Daniel Williams, assistant professor of literature. Location: first floor of Stevenson Library.
