Bard College/Open Society University Network Global Engagement Fellows Emi Cooper and Aleks Vitanov with visiting American University of Central Asia Global Engagement Fellow Rokhila Saidasanova will share their best practices on civic engagement projects and the lessons they've learned along the path of building their own initiatives.
