Tuition and Fees
Upon acceptance of admission, new students pay a nonrefundable deposit of $515. This deposit is due two weeks after notification of admission and/or financial aid decisions. The balance of the tuition and fees for the academic year is billed in two equal installments. Billing statements reflect tuition, fees, and credits for scholarships and approved student loans.

All international graduate students are automatically enrolled in the Bard plan unless they obtain a waiver by presenting evidence of insurance coverage from one of three specific commercial providers.
** This fee is mandatory for all Bard students.
Please note that Bard Health Services is open to all graduate students that paid the Health Service fee. You do NOT need to have the Bard Health Insurance to be seen at Health Services. This fee is separate from health insurance and only covers visits and most of the services provided at Health Services. It is charged each semester. If you do not have the Bard insurance, please bring a copy of your current valid health insurance to your visit. This information is necessary if any outside labs, including most blood work, is ordered. You are responsible for knowing how your insurance works, especially which laboratory is covered. REFUNDS
