Join sustainability pioneer Hunter Lovins for a conversation series with industry experts to explore this shift in progressive business leadership.

December's Business Stepping Up conversation will feature Aurora Winslade discussing how to drive sustainable progress within existing businesses, whether you're a CSO or an employee with a passion for change. Aurora has spent the past fifteen years launching and leading organizational change efforts. She is currently the director of sustainability at Swarthmore College, where she facilitates campus and community strategies to integrate sustainability into operations, academics, and campus culture. Previously she founded new sustainability programs at the University of California Santa Cruz and the 10-campus University of Hawaii system . She also worked as the Market Transformation Manager for Hawaii Energy, the statewide energy efficiency program, for which she was recognized as a National Rising Star of Energy Efficiency in 2015 from the Alliance to Save Energy. She is a Senior Fellow with Humanity in Action and the Environmental Leadership Program.
