Customers and Marketing

This course provides students with a solid background in the key concepts of marketing as well as the knowledge and skills they will need to build successful marketing and social marketing programs. A sustainable world requires change at multiple levels, and focuses on tools to influence purchases and behaviors, as well as the activities of corporations, NGOs and government agencies.

After completing the course, students will be better able to:
  • Understand the complementary skills of brand building and behavior change
  • Develop a marketing plan for a business, NGO or other entity
  • Analyze and synthesize the impact of existing marketing campaigns
