September 2025 Newsletter
Dear Alumni/ae,

Welcome to your newly designed Alumni/ae Triangle Newsletter—thank you to all the members of the Board of Governors Communications Committee who helped us get here. It’s a work in progress, but let me know what you think.

It’s been a beautiful September in Annandale. The campus is bustling with students, and many are even enjoying life in the brand-new dorms on North Campus.

We have a class of 403 first-years, 114 transfer students (including the Simon’s Rockers), and 39 students in the BardBAC

I'm off today to Santa Fe for the Southwest Arts Weekend and Alumni/ae Cities Party—looking forward to seeing folks there. I hope to see lots of you back in Annandale for Alumni/ae Weekend, October 24th-26th. Classes, tours, students, fall harvest lunch, Hudson Valley Cities Party and Leon on "Freedom and Democracy in Today's America.Registration is now open! Check out the schedule and make your plans today.

Be seeing you,
Jane '89

P.S.

For any of you who attended Bard in the last 25 years, this year's Bard BAC class includes one of our favorite Chartwells/Parkhurst employees—and Leon's doppelganger—Alan Wolfzahn!

Alan got to Bard in 1999 and he's going back to school! At 75, he's getting his first degree in Playwriting. Congratulations, Alan!
