Hours and Compensation: $35k-45k

Description
The New Mexico Land Conservancy (NMLC) is seeking an individual to coordinate and manage its communications, grant writing, and donor research and management; and, as needed, support other organizational development activities. Position requires an ability to effectively communicate NMLC’s mission, goals and accomplishments to others; and to help fulfill NMLC’s short and long-range fundraising needs and goals. This position reports to the Executive Director and supervises no staff.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in related field, two years relevant experience, and experience working at a land trust or non-profit organization.
