Bard Conservatory On The Road If you are unable to travel to campus, you can also catch us On The Road in city near you! To arrange for a virtual information session with a Conservatory admissions representative, please contact us.
Visiting Bard
From the Taconic State Parkway: take the Red Hook/Route 199 exit, drive west on Route 199 through the village of Red Hook to Route 9G, turn right onto Route 9G, drive north 1.6 miles, turn left at the traffic light then bear right to continue on Annandale Road through the center of campus. Take the first left onto Blithewood Avenue, then a left onto Bay Road. The entrance to the parking lot will be the first right. If this parking lot is full, please park in the lot on Blithewood Avenue right before the turn onto Bay Road.
From the New York State Thruway (I-87): take exit 19 (Kingston), take route 209/199 over the Kingston-Rhinecliff Bridge to Route 9G, turn left onto Route 9G, drive north 3.5 miles, turn left at the traffic light then bear right to continue on Annandale Road through the center of campus. Take the first left onto Blithewood Avenue, then a left onto Bay Road. The entrance to the parking lot will be the first right. If this parking lot is full, please park in the lot on Blithewood Avenue right before the turn onto Bay Road.
The Conservatory Admissions Office is located in the Blum Music Building, within the Avery Center for the Arts complex on 61 Blithewood Ave. (You can also find us by looking for the Edith C. Blum Institute on this campus map.)
