Human Rights First Senior Vice President Robert Berschinski will discuss how sanctions, alliances such as NATO, and other diplomatic tools and relationships can help the United States support human rights, in conversation with BGIA Director and Bard Dean of International Studies James Ketterer. 

This presentation, which is part of BGIA's James Clarke Chace Memorial Speaker Series, is cosponsored and hosted by the Vance Center for International Justice, and is supported by Foreign Affairs magazine. Also participating are participants and staff from Bard College's U.S. Foreign Policy Summer Institute, supported by the U.S. State Department's Study of the U.S. Institutes.
